If you keep up to date with the beauty world then you know that Charlotte Tilbury was recently released here in the US, not everything came across the pond but some of the more popular items did make their way over, including this little gem.
The quality of this palette is absolutely divine! There is a reason that the palette is so expensive and that everyone wants her products. When you dab your brush in the product there is no kick up or fall out on the pan. All four shades are well pigmented and blend really well on the lid. I do find that using a primer underneath really helps with the staying power and the amount of pigment you get.
The quad comes with 4 shades, obviously, labeled as Prime a matte cream, Enhance a medium toned matte brown, Pop a dark warm brown with just a touch of sheen that keeps from being completely matte, and lastly Smoke a dark cool toned brown.
Very lovely, dark brown compact with rose gold detailing. Thankfully this palette doesn’t come with any of those annoying foam applicators, also the lid of the compact has a very nice mirror.
Here’s the kicker, this palette is not cheap. Here in the US one of the quads runs for $52 for 5.2 grams of product. Now is it worth it? It really depends on your budget, on the whole I would say no it’s not worth it, simply because I feel like you can get the same quality from something else that’s no so expensive.
I would highly recommend this to anyone on the hunt for a palate with neutrals, but if you’re on a budget I don’t think you need this.
Now here are some swatches!
I hope you all enjoyed this review, let me know if you want me to review anything else from Charlotte Tilburry’s line! Until next time . . .
