Review: Ulta Eye Shadows in Au Natural, Bone, Camel + Swatches!

Hello Lovelies,

I feel like most of the time when we all go into a store we come out with half of our list un-purchased and instead replaced by other things entirely. This is what happened when I stumbled across these shadows. I’m usually never one for store brand products – but something made me pick these little guys up.

Product

All three shades are completely matte, Au natural is a pink cream shade I love for both my lid and my brow bone. Bone is a pale yellow cream that I’ve been using obsessively for my brow bone. Lastly we have Camel with is the perfect medium brown blending shade that works with any look you want and is perfect for those ‘no-makeup-makeup’ look. All three shades are incredibly soft and buttery, they blend seamlessly and aren’t chalky, they kind of remind me of the Lorac matte shades. My only complaint is that I wish Camel was either a tad darker or a tad more pigmented just so it could show up more on my eyelids, which are a littler dark naturally.

Packaging

The shadows are housed very simply in small compacts with a clear lid and a silver reflective bottom.

Price

Very inexpensive these shadows can range from $5 – $8 depending on what sales are going on.

Overall

These shadows are defiantly something to look at the next tim you are in Ulta, especially if you’re looking for nice basic shades that maybe some of your palettes are missing.
